Text Box: Democratic town, ward, and city committees are the foundation of the Massachusetts Democratic Party.  The Maynard Democratic Town Committee (DTC) works for the election and appointment of members of the Democratic Party at the district, county, state, and national levels.  We also host events to foster and advance the ideals of the Democratic Party.
The Maynard DTC consists of local Democratic Party activists elected every four years during the Presidential primary election.  Maynard DTC members may also elect additional members in the interim by a majority vote.  You must be a registered Democrat and reside in Maynard to be a member of the Maynard DTC.
All Maynard Democrats are welcome to attend our meetings.  We meet quarterly, generally at the Maynard Public Library, 77 Nason Street.  Click here for meeting information.
The Maynard DTC strongly believes in equality and does not discriminate based on race, sex, age, color, creed, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, ethnic identity, philosophical persuasion, economic status, or disability in the conduct of Democratic Party business.
We are an active group and always searching for new members!  Join us!  For more information about how to get involved, contact either me or Vice Chair, Jan Jones at (978) 897-6553.
Democratically yours,
Maura Flynn,
Chair, Maynard DTC
